Spin Star is a brand new TV show that is about to hit our TV screens on Monday 10th November and it is due to be aired on ITV1 at 3.15pm each week day. William Hill Bingo will be the sponsors of this new gameshow and they are just one of the latest online bingo sites to delve into the TV sponsorship market.  Former Coronation Street Star Bradley Walsh, will be the host of Spin Star and when contestants play this all new game they will be spinning the wheel of chance where they could win big bucks or absolutely nothing at all.

It has been reported that William Hill Bingo’s sponsorship deal with Spin Star will last for approximately 6 weeks and it will comprise them running a series of bumper ads for themselves at the start and end of each commercial break. This latest TV sponsorship deal comes of the back of them running a very successful TV ad campaign and it is thought that this new gameshow will reflect a similar demographic to their online bingo site, in relation to the types of games players will find to play their along with their online bingo.

Spokesperson for William Hill Bingo Lili Huang, said,  “We’re very pleased to have the opportunity to sponsor Spin Star. It’s an incredibly lively and entertaining show with plenty of surprises and excitement, as we always offer on our website. We are aiming to solidify our bingo image and increase national recognition, and sponsoring Spin Star is a perfect opportunity for us.”

A fair few online bingo sites now sponsor TV shows, Foxy Bingo have been sponsoring the Jeremy Kyle show for some time, Wink Bingo more recently took to sponsoring All Star Family Fortunes, ITV Bingo sponsor the ever popular daytime gameshow Golden Balls and Get minted Bingo currently sponsor All Murray’s Happy Hour.

The sponsoring of good TV shows can be very lucrative for online bingo sites as it brings them the ability to reach a much wider audience, than maybe just the normal commercial break adverts that also seem to air on our TV’s on a regular basis. The main stage of Spin Star will have an enormous Las Vegas style slot machine and a huge “wheel of chance” spinning wheel and viewers will get to experience the elation and deflation along with the contestants as they either strike it rich or walk away with nothing at all.
