Bingo Caller Releases First Music Single
A bingo caller from Wallsend has definitely had luck on his side over the past few months. Although his day job was working at Gala Bingo as a caller, he loved singing and was a regular in his local karaoke bar. This is where his soulful voice was first spotted by the producer Dave Turner who liked Wayne so much he approached him to talk about a possible record release. As the say the rest is history, and now this bingo caller is set to release his first music single.
This new single from Wayne is called Everyone Wants a Piece of Me and will be available to all to download through iTunes and Amazon. Dave Turner, although a producer now was once music star himself as he had a number one in Barbados. This hit was called Say Goodbye and was a charity single that stayed at the number one spot for two weeks in the Caribbean.
This bingo caller isn’t the only one on this new music song though, because in the same karaoke bar (Last Orders pub), on that same night Dave Turner also found a female vocalist to feature on this song, Jessica Wood. When Wayne (now goes under the name Wayne MC) was first approached by Dave he thought it was a joke. He thought that performing karaoke would never lead to anything, however now it seems as though Wayne’s dream of a singing career has really come true.
The days of calling out bingo numbers in his local Gala Bingo hall all seem to be long gone, as now he luck has truly turned around and he is the one that is winning big!
