Foxy Bingo are currently in the midst of a one million pound advertising campaign at their online bingo site, where they have guaranteed that this huge sum of money will be won at their site within just one month’s worth of online bingo play……….by the end of February to be exact. Throughout the day every single day this month and the last week in January, Foxy Bingo have been running guaranteed online bingo games in quite a few of their bingo rooms on, on both the traditional 90 ball and 75 ball bingo format of the game.

Paddy Power Bingo have had their ups and downs with their online bingo and casino TV and Newspaper adverts over the years, as they have seen a few of them banned by the ASA. Over recent months the online bingo players over at Paddy Power Bingo have seen lots of changes take place at their bingo site and this has included a complete re-vamp for their homepage, which now looks nothing like the original Paddy branded name. I actually like the all new look Paddy Power Bingo and I know it is a bit of a “clique” but I think they now look much more like a fun online bingo site on the net to play at.

Wink Bingo Sponsorship Deals

We do believe that the Cashcade group, owners of Foxy Bingo were one of the first online bingo sites to delve into the TV sponsorship deal field, as we have seen them sponsor both the Jeremy Kyle show this year with two of their online bingo sites, which included both Foxy Bingo and Think Bingo, plus the very funny “Al Murray’s Happy Hour” was sponsored by Getminted Casino, which is also a part of Cashcade. However it did not take Wink Bingo long to get into this market, so to speak as we have seen their online bingo site sponsor both (All Star Family Fortunes) this year as well as ITV2 daytime TV.

Foxy Bingo in our opinion have come up with some of the best online bingo TV adverts throughout 2008 and what made their ad’s stand out from the crowd, was that they used real bingo players that played at their online bingo site to make these adverts. This was a move that we have never seen before from an online bingo site in the making of one of their ad’s and it was definitely an innovative move at that.

In one way or another through TV advertising campaigns to TV sponsorship deals, bingo has been in the spotlight throughout 2008 and this trend looks like it is set to continue during 2009. So just who has been all out in the media this past year and who has left things pretty much to chance an online search engines like google to get them in the public domain? Foxy Bingo, Wink Bingo and Ladbrokes Bingo seem to stick in my mind in 2008, as they have all come up with some great media campaigns this year and their adverts have also all be hauled in front of the (ASA) at one point or another, with Foxy Bingo being the only advert that escaped a ban by the Advertising Standards Authority.
